Exchange and Return Policy
1. Deadline for Requesting Exchange or Return
1.1. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to request the exchange or return of a product within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order, in the case of purchases made outside the commercial establishment (purchases online).
1.2. For defective equipment, the deadline for requesting an exchange or return is 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt.
2. Conditions for Exchange or Return
2.1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals, if applicable.
2.2. Products returned due to withdrawal or regret cannot show signs of use and must be in perfect condition.
2.3. Defective products will be evaluated by our technical team before exchange or return is processed.
3. How to Request an Exchange or Return
3.1. The customer must contact our Customer Service (SAC) by email, telephone or chat, stating the reason for the exchange or return and the order number.
3.2. In the case of defective products, it is important to provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, photos that demonstrate the problem.
4. Exchange or Return of Products
4.1. Exchange: After the exchange request and approval, Global Tout Lissie will arrange for the new product to be sent to the customer. The cost of shipping for returning and resending the new product will be assumed by Global Tout Lissie in the event of a manufacturing defect. For exchanges due to withdrawal or regret, return and reshipment shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
4.2. Return: In case of return, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product, depending on the payment method used for the purchase, within the deadlines stipulated by law.
5. Order Cancellation
5.1. The customer may request cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. After shipping, the exchange and return policies mentioned above apply.
