1.  Deadline for Exchange or Return Request
    1.1. According to the Consumer Protection Code, the customer has the right to request the exchange or return of a product within 7 (seven) consecutive days from the date of receipt of the order, in the case of purchases made outside the commercial establishment (online purchases).

    1.2. For defective equipment, the deadline for requesting exchange or return is 90 (ninety) days from the date of receipt.

    2. Conditions for Exchange or Return
    2.1. Products must be returned in their original packaging, without signs of use, accompanied by all accessories and manuals, if applicable.

    2.2. Products returned due to withdrawal or regret cannot show signs of use and must be in perfect condition.

    2.3. Defective products will be evaluated by our technical team before the exchange or return is processed.

    3. How to Request Exchange or Return
    3.1. The customer must contact our Customer Service (SAC) by email, telephone, or chat, informing the reason for the exchange or return and the order number.

    3.2. In the case of defective products, it is important to provide a detailed description of the defect and, if possible, photos that evidence the problem.

    4. Exchange or Return of Products
    4.1. Exchange: After the exchange request and approval, Global Tout Lissie will arrange for the shipment of the new product to the customer. The cost of return and reshipment of the new product will be assumed by Global Tout Lissie in case of manufacturing defect. For exchanges due to withdrawal or regret, the return and reshipment freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

    4.2. Return: In the case of a return, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the product, according to the payment method used in the purchase, within the deadlines stipulated by law.

    5. Order Cancellation
    5.1. The customer can request the cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. After shipment, the exchange and return policies mentioned above apply.
